ListRiver turns official state business registry data into clean, filterable business lists that stay current.

Every state keeps a public registry of the businesses formed or registered there. Those records are some of the most reliable business data available, but they're published as huge raw files in different formats, full of duplicates and inactive entities, and they change every day.

We take care of the hard part: loading each state's full file, standardizing it, removing repeated filings so each registration appears once, tracking status changes, and supplementing it with business credit data from SMBCredit.net. You pick the businesses you want and get a file your CRM can use — plus six months of refreshes, so the list stays accurate.

Our principles

• Official sources only. We sell data only from states that publish their registries openly and allow reuse.
• Business data, sold to businesses. Our lists describe registered business entities, and we sell only to verified registered businesses.
• Accuracy you can fix. If your business appears in our data and something is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
