Only some states publish industry codes. Choosing an industry leaves out businesses without one.

5. Contact data & standing

These filters can shrink your list a lot. Most states don't publish email addresses; most of the ones we hold come from Connecticut's registry, so requiring an email can remove the large majority of businesses elsewhere. We hold almost no phone numbers, so there is no phone filter. Registered agent, industry and ownership are likewise only available where a state publishes them. Your count updates as you tick each box.
